手機📘、電腦🖥️日日睇,好多人都擔心電子屏幕嘅藍光會唔會傷眼? 究竟藍光係咪真係好似傳聞咁可怕?其實答案係:未必咁得人驚嘅,但都要留意用眼習慣!


☄️藍光係咩嚟?
天然藍光無處不在,陽光🌞都有三分一係藍光(HEV 高能量可見光),所以藍光並唔係電子屏幕獨有嘅!
😎藍光對健康有冇潛在威脅?
👉🏼有研究指出,如果夜晚瞓覺之前過度曝露喺光線之中,特別係藍光,會影響睡眠質素,或會間接增加患上長期疾病嘅風險,例如:糖尿病、血壓高,甚至癌症。
👀至於對於眼睛健康,雖然有研究話高強度藍光可能會影響黃斑點健康,但呢啲研究多數用超強藍光(即係比日常屏幕強百倍!),而且實驗係以動物🐭或細胞模型去得出結論,所以暫時未有確實證據証明日常用手機、電腦嘅藍光會直接傷害人類嘅眼視網膜💯
 🌈藍光都有好處?
陽光中嘅藍光有助調節人體生理時鐘🕐,日間接觸適量藍光可以提升專注力、穩定情緒,仲有助夜晚瞓得更好!💤
🔊不過要緊記:晚間睡前就一定要減少接觸光線,尤其係藍光! 仲有千祈唔好熄曬燈之後仲繼續睇手機!
😎另外,科研共識認為小朋友只要每星期有15個鐘頭以上嘅戶外陽光活動⛹🏽🚴🏼,近視會遲啲出現,成年後近視度數都可能淺啲!🤹🏻
